15 stranded Nigerians to arrive from Europe today

The Federal Government has commenced the evacuation of another batch of 15 stranded Nigerians in France, Germany and Netherlands will depart citizenM Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris via flight to Nigeria and Cotonou at 11:30 a.m to Murtala Muhammed Int’l Airport Lagos today 9th of July, 2020.

The Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) disclosed this on Thursday via its Twitter handle.

The commission said the evacuees would depart the Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris via an Air France flight to Nigeria and Cotonou, Benin Republic.

In an evacuation exercise coordinated by the Nigerian Mission in France, Germany and Netherlands and monitored by NiDCOM.

They are expected to land at exactly 4:45pm then proceed on 14 days self-isolation as mandated by Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, Federal Ministry of Health and the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19.
