33 vessels to arrive Lagos ports with petroleum products, food – NPA

The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) says 33 ships with petroleum products, food items and other goods will arrive at Apapa, Tin-Can Island and Lekki Deep Sea Ports in Lagos.

The NPA, in its “Daily Shipping Position’, on Monday disclosed that the vessels are expected from Feb. 22 to Feb. 27.

It said the 17 of the expected ships contained containers of different goods others 16 ships to berth with bulk gas, diplomatic, bulk urea, empty containers, crude oil, bulk clinker and blended stock.

The NPA noted that seven ships and tanker vessels had arrived at the three ports, waiting to berth with aviation fuel, petrol, containers and general cargos.

It also stated that 17 ships were discharging bulk wheat, soya beans oil, general cargo, bulk sugar, bulk urea, truck, fresh fish and containers of different goods at Tincan, Apapa and Lekki ports.
