NIGERIA-UNRESTDespite claims by the Federal Government that Boko Haram had been defeated technically, the dreaded Islamic fundamentalist group has continued to announce its strong presence in Nigeria. Gombi market in Adamawa State, north-east Nigeria Friday became yet another target of suicide bombers in an attack that left scores dead and several others wounded.

The attack which occurred at the grains section of the weekly (every Friday) market was said to have been carried out by two male bombers dressed as female.
