Confirmed COVID-19 cases in Nigeria now 46

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has confirmed 2 new cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria.

According to the NCDC, in a tweet, the two cases are from Lagos and Osun State.

“One additional case was found in Lagos State while another was discovered in Osun State. Both cases are travellers who returned to Nigeria in the last 7 days”, the NCDC said.

“As of 07:00 am 25th March, there are 46 confirmed cases of COVID -19 in Nigeria”.

So far two persons have been discharged with 1 death recorded.
