dafinone 1The Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon Monday Igbuya on

Saturday paid tribute to the sterling contribution of Senator David

Dafinone, describing him as an inspiration to many Nigerians.

“Senator David Omueya Dafinone represents the best of Nigeria” he said.

In a press statement issued in Sapele, Igbuya congratulated Dafinone

on his 89th birthday.

He praised the renowned accountant, entrepreneur, forthright political

leader and elder statesman for his tireless service to the nation.

He also commended him for his significant contributions to the Urhobo

nation over the years and for bringing great pride to Nigeria through

the accounting profession.

“He is a pragmatic man” he said.

“On behalf of my family, members of the Delta State House of Assembly

and the good people of Okpe kingdom, I pray that God Almighty will
