Heavy fighting erupted Monday Kareto area of Northern Borno State as Boko Haram terrorists attacked troops of 113 Battalion. The troops have been battling the insurgents since early hours of today. The battle is still raging at the time of filing this report and heavy casualty is expected in the brutal confrontation in which the troops are reportedly having a clear upper hand. Details later.
