The Executive Vice Chairman of the Nigeria Communications Commission, NCC, Aminu Maida has called on government, corporate Nigeria, and the telecom and ICT industry, to join in building and nurturing an ecosystem that promotes talent and skills for the female gender, while promoting equal opportunities for their growth and advancement.

The EVC/CEO NCC, Dr. Aminu Maida said this during the Commission’s commemoration of this year’s International Women’s Day at the NCC Headquarters, Abuja.

He noted that the NCC is happy to celebrate the wonderful and commendable strides of women in all spheres of life.

“At NCC, we recognise the immense value that diversity brings to our workplace, and we are committed to fostering an environment where women are empowered and included”, he said.
