JUST IN: Supreme Court victory: ADC taunts APC, Nafiu, Wike, calls Amupitan snake in INEC building

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) smarting from its victory on Thursday at the Supreme Court has taunted APC-led President Bola Tinubu, Bala Nafiu, Nyesom Wike, INEC and others who it alleged tried to muzzle the voice of the party.

In a statement by the ADC Vanguard issued on May 1 in which it saluted Nigerian workers, the ADC said all the darts thrown at it to make it sink have on the contrary strengthened the party, injecting it with more immunity. It referred to INEC chairman, Prof Joash Amupitan, as a ‘snake in INEC building’.

Below is the statement:

IMMUNITY THROUGH SURVIVAL: WHAT DOES NOT KILL ADC MAKES ADC STRONGER!

The brilliance of the ADC legal doctors lay in their understanding of diversionary litigation. By flooding the courts with five additional prayers, they created a tactical smokescreen. While the APC-Nafiu’s legal teams were busy counting their anticipated paychecks and debating the periphery, the ADC was performing open-heart surgery on the only thing that mattered: the removal of the SQ-Ante Bellum.

The Status Quo Ante Bellum was never a standard legal procedure in this context; it was a weaponized injunction:

THE INTENT

To freeze the ADC in time, paralyzing its congresses and conventions.

THE ACTOR

Deployed with the complicity of the snake in the INEC building.

THE GOAL

To ensure the ADC was dead on arrival before the first ballot was even cast.

This legal tussle acted as a high-intensity spotlight, exposing a coordinated effort to dismantle the democratic opposition. The masks have fallen from:

  1. The Executive Influence!

The shadows of the Villa and the Tinubu-led APC.

  1. The Compromised Enablers!

Specific actors like Wike and segments of the lower judiciary who prioritized political patronage over constitutional purity.

  1. The Strategic Sabotage!

The realization that the ruling party is more interested in managing the affairs of the opposition than in governing the nation.

What Doesn’t Kill You Creates Immunity!

In biological terms, surviving a lethal dose of venom creates antivenom.

By surviving this ordeal at the Supreme Court, the ADC has transitioned from a victim of interference to a battle-hardened institution. The Legal Doctors didn’t just save the patient, they administered a dosage of truth that has immunized the party against future attempts at judicial hijacking.

Those still supporting or sympathetic to dirty act of the ruling party must realize that the game is up. You cannot kill a party that has already survived your deadliest venom. The Supreme Court’s intervention wasn’t just a judgment, it was a declaration that the ADC is now legally untouchable by the same tricks.

The meritless case of the APC’s agent has been stripped bare, leaving behind nothing but the naked ugliness of anti-democratic wickedness.

The ADC hasn’t just returned from the court, it has returned from the grave, stronger, louder, and immune to the snakebite from the monstrous hydra-headed (APC, INEC, and Corrupt Judges) snake.

Happy Workers Day!
