Naira Marley’ to remain in prison until May 30 for bail application

Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)

Up and coming musician, Azeez Fashola, popularly called Naira Marley, has pleaded not guilty to an 11 count charge of alleged credit card fraud.

The charge was filed by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)before Justice Nicholas oweibo of the Federal high court sitting Lagos.

According to the anti-graft agency, some of the credit cards, bore the names- Nicole Louise Malyon, and Timea Fedorne Tatar.

Justice Oweibo ordered that he be remanded in prison custody until May 30 for bail application.
