A poll by renowned American technologist, educator and LinkedIn top voice, Nick Martin has revealed that Nigeria’s foremost AI educator and digital communications strategist, Dr. Celestine Achi is among top 25 AI trainers working in social impact.

Martin is also an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University, George Washington University and Georgetown University.

Achi was acknowledged for AI training across African institutions, having trained over 5,600 professionals across Africa, while the only other Nigerian, Mojisola Olurotimi, who is a global career coach and AI career strategist, was captured for her AI upscaling for careers in Africa.

An AI innovator, digital transformation strategist, PR tech and media intelligence expert, Achi has garnered over three decades of experience in digital communications, media intelligence, and AI-powered media. As Founder/CEO of Cihan Media Communications, he drives AI-driven innovation in digital PR, reputation intelligence, and media automation. Achi has dedicated his career to building the frameworks and technologies that define the modern PR landscape in Africa and beyond. His mission is twofold: to engineer trust in the AI era and to empower 100,000 Africans with AI literacy.

He is the author of AI-Powered PR: The Essential Guide for Communications Leaders to Master Artificial Intelligence, a 537-page definitive playbook which equips PR professionals with actionable tools, templates, prompts, and global best practices to navigate and lead in the AI era.

To transform how the continent approaches AI, Achi created proprietary frameworks:
1. TABS-D™ (Train, Adapt, Build, Ship, Deploy): A structured model for AI adoption now deployed across institutional programmes.
2. Engineering of Trust™: A specialised methodology for building trust-centric leadership in the age of automation.
3. AI-PR Maturity Model and Framework: A strategic assessment tool helping professionals, organisations, and governments measure AI maturity across key transformation pillars.

Achi builds AI. His portfolio of proprietary technology includes:
1. VoxPR/VoxAnalysts: Nigeria’s first AI-powered PR suite.
2. Civic AI: Created CLHEEAN (Civic AI agent for the National Orientation Agency) and ng.
3. Analytics and Intelligence: Developed VoxprMetrics, FactShield, and VoxPrInsight.

Achi established Cihan Digital Academy, which offers ISO-certified, globally recognised AI certifications. To ensure no one is left behind, he founded QuestAI Kids (questaikids.com) — a free platform democratising AI education for every African child.
