The Police have arrested Mr. Lekan Shonde, the man who allegedly killed his wife Ronke.
Police spokesperson, Dolapo Badmos, said the police tracked him down, adding that he will be transferred to the State Department of Criminal Investigation.
But Lekan claimed he surrendered to the police.
Police authorities said Mr. Shonde was tracked “using technology”. It is possible that Lekan who hasleft his phone open may have been tracked via his phone without his knowing it.
A source at the Lagos State police command said investigation is still ongoing. There were indications that he may be charged this week.
