At least 303 U.S. troops have been wounded in the war with Iran as the conflict nears its one-month mark by Saturday. March 28, according to a U.S. official.

Of those wounded, 273 have returned to duty and 10 were seriously wounded, according to a U.S. official.

The majority of wounds are traumatic brain injuries, wounds which can cause memory issues, migraines, fatigue and numerous cognitive issues, reports ABC News.

Those wounds are being driven by Iranian one-way attack drones, and other explosive munitions, and troops being caught in the blast, officials said.

Meanwhile, the Israeli military said Friday morning that it had struck ballistic missiles and aerial defense systems production sites across Iran overnight, including in the capital Tehran.

Israeli strikes also hit Iran’s main facility for the production of missiles and sea mines in the city of Yazd, according to the Israel Defense Forces.

“The IDF continues to operate relentlessly against the regime’s ballistic missile array, with the aim of reducing the scope of fire directed at Israeli civilians,” officials said.

Both US and Israel have suffered casualties in the now 30 days war, but Iran has suffered more with many of its leaders gruesomely murdered and covert and open operations.
