Ebom Palm oil makes better meals

There was a time many of our parents were told to avoid palm oil.

It was labelled unhealthy.

Gradually, it disappeared from many kitchens, replaced with imported alternatives like olive oil, often seen as the “better choice.”

But today, the narrative has changed.

The same global voices now acknowledge that palm oil, when pure and properly processed, is rich in nutrients the body actually needs, especially as we grow older.

So what changed?

Knowledge.

Research now shows that palm oil contains natural compounds like;

  • Beta-carotene (supports vision)
  • Vitamin E (supports cell protection)
  • Healthy fats needed for energy and body function

For older adults, this matters more than ever.

As the body ages, it needs stronger immunity, better nutrient absorption, sustained energy.

These don’t come from trends, they come from real, wholesome food.

Palm oil has always been part of our heritage.

What matters now is returning to it the right way; pure, unadulterated, and trusted.

Don’t let outdated perceptions rob you of what your body needs. Sometimes, going back to what we had…is actually moving forward.
