On Friday 10th December, 2021, the Governing Board of Digital Bridge Institute, DBI, led by Rt. Hon. (Otunba) Olusegun Bolanle Gbeleyi, Chairman and Prof Mohammed Ajiya, President/CEO were participants at the opening session of the 9th  Regular Meeting of the National Council on Communications and Digital Economy (NCCDE), held at NAOWA Events Centre, Mambilla Barracks, Asokoro, Abuja FCT. NCCDE is the Council that formulates policy to steer the sector for Communications and Digital Economy.

Other DBI board members present at the programme were: Rt Hon. Kelechi Nwagwu, Prof Sahalu Balarabe Junaid, Hon Chief Enyi O. Enyi, Dr. Niran Oyekale, and Chief Ruben Omotowa.

The theme for this year’s Council meeting is: Utilizing Digital Technology to Accelerate Economic Recovery in a Covid-19 Era And Beyond.

The five-day programme ends on Tuesday, 14th December, 2021.
