The Police charged Dagana with stealing but the resident of Gbagyi Villa in Kaduna, pleaded not guilty  before a Kaduna Chief Magistrates’ Court.

The prosecutor, Insp Chidi Leo, told the court that the complainant, Miss Chidinma Okoro, reported the matter at the Sabon Tasha Police Station on July 1.
